Out towards the harbour, olde-worlde Stokes Hill Wharf is a real contrast to the modern city scene. Undercover are a dozen or more stalls selling seafood, Asian stir-fry or tandoori with soft doughy naan.

Fabulous location with great food and entertainment, visit the Royal Flying Doctors home on the wharf, take your fishing line and grab some fish and chips and relax while you try to hook a big one or that "Million Dollar Fish"
