Un antiguo Cuartel de Artillería, el de Carlos III, que ahora se utiliza como sala de exposiciones. Sólo por poder ver la estructura de este edificio del Siglo XVIII, vale la pena pasarse por allí.

Museo de arte contemporaneo de Cádiz, además de poder visitar la colección Costus, suele albergar distintos eventos de caracter cultural. Está muy cerca de la vivienda.
