Now known as simply "Republic". High quality Mexican fusion food with a great bar. Some of our favourite dishes are the Taco Salad (this is a meal salad and is huge), Crunchy Salad, Chicken Fajitas, Fajita On The Rocks, Ceviche, Queso Fundido, Quesa Birria & Baked Potato with Steak.

Wonderful fajita place. This is our first place we eat when we arrive in town.
