Great spanish traditional flavor ... buñuelos de bacalao, jamón, raviolis de calabaza & rabo de vaca. For dessert torrija.

Contemporary cuisine. They are famous for their gourmet bacon (torreznos). Also, the Spanish traditional "huevos rotos" (eggs with perfect fries and Iberia ham) are a true delight. The Oxtail (rabo de toro con curry) with a touch of curry is delicious too.
