Great Pub at Polkerris on the beach - restaurant specialising in locally caught seafood. Overlooking a lovely beach. Ideal for sitting watching the sunset listening to the waves on the shore.

Great pub right on the beach with lovely helpful staff. Order a jug of pimms or snacks after an hour or two on the beach. Outside tables in south facing aspect, lovely. Watch the sunset and park in the big carpark on the right as you drive in to Polkerris, free after 6pm, but do check that this is still the case when you visit! Only four miles from Sky Cottage

A great Inn right on the beach overlooking the harbour and St Austell Bay. Beer and Ale is served in good condition and the restaurant menu will satisfy your hunger. Indoor and outdoor tables are available in front of the beach. Being situated on Polkerris beach means you can enjoy this location after a pleasant coastal walk from Par beach on the Cornish Coastal Path. Take care when using the coastal paths.

Old pub right next to Sams on the Beach. Big terrace with spectacular view across St Austell bay. Cosy fire when needed, local ales, bar food and a small restaurant. Limited free parking, otherwise park in the public car park five minutes walk up the hill.
