Local burger joint. Also in this arcade is Bossman Coffee which is the best coffee available in mount lawley (I think).

Well, It's a burger bar. For those unfamiliar with Grilled, they serve the best burgers and chips in town. Their fries and wedges are amazing. You can also grab a beer there too. Fast and tasty.
