Not far from all of our properties is the home of Levon Helm, of The Band. Levon converted his barn to an intimate music venue that was home to his famous rambles. His daughter maintains the venue and it is a fantastic spot to catch a concert while in the area!

Started by one of the best drummers & musicians in the world (Levon Helm of The Band) - he built this wonderful venue/studio to bring in world class talent to Woodstock. Check the schedule and maybe you can score some tickets for a show in this intimate setting. Levon Helms was drummer for The Band, many historical performances were performed here. A must for music fans.

The Barn, as it is affectionately known, began as the home recording studio of Levon Helm (drummer of the legendary rock-roots group, The Band, which performed at the original Woodstock Festival). Starting in 2004, it turned into a mini Woodstock, hosting a series of Midnight Rambles. The spontaneous shows, feature up-and-comers as well as Helm’s famous friends such as Emmylou Harris, Elvis Costello, Norah Jones and the Black Crows.
