Fremantle is WA's most popular tourist destination. It's full of heritage buildings, fishing boats, the working port and is the gateway to Rottnest Island via the ferry. See the new FOMO building, visit the markets, take a walk through the heritage area in the West End, it’s a beautiful part of Freo, through the Esplanade Park to check out Fisherman’s Harbour and Bather’s Beach.

Freemantle has so much to offer, from old historic buildings that are rich with culture and heritage. To beautiful cafes and restaurants. To the markets, thrifty second hand stores and designer stores. And beautiful beaches and parks. There's some for everyone and the whole family. There are beautiful yatches, you can hire or buy tickets for tours to Swan Valley and River region. Or to the city by Elizabeth quay and back. And also to Rottnest Island for a day trip or overnight trip!

If you're staying for a week and would like a change of scenery for the day, have a look around Fremantle (20 min drive). Fremantle, or as more commonly referred to by locals as "Freo", is Perth's old town and has a large range of cafes, bars, and nightclubs. Make sure to check out the Fremantle markets, arts centre and prison tour.
