UC Berkeley's iconic Sather Gate is pictured in every PR and journalism piece. The plaza beyond the gate is where the students protested in 1968 and where people still congregate. Also representative of student life is Telegraph Ave from Dwight all the way up to the gate. There are a couple of decent restaurants en route.
