this is a really authentic dining experience- you go in and sit down. the host serves you what he is cooking based on the number of diners and checks to see if you want more. once finished he estimates your bill per diner - usually extremely affordably. Delicious. probably not suitable for vegetarian diners.

This is our favorite restaurant in Christchurch. Very unassuming but the best and most friendly service and food in town
