The Storm Cellar is a boutique winery in the West Elks AVA, just up the road from Paonia. They specialize in estate-grown, high-elevation white wines and rosés, crafted by two sommeliers, Jayme & Steve. Interesting place for a visit; they are open by appointment during the pandemic.

Some of the most rare and unique wines to be found in this valley. White and rose wines with an absolutely spectacular view and the hosts and owners Steve and Jamie are really great folks who know their business. Award winning wines several times over. Sometimes host farm to table events.
