Such an interesting and unique town. The spiritual heart of the UK. So many cafes, unusual shops. Walking distance to Chalice Well Gardens, Glastonbury Tor, Glastonbury Abbey.

Glastonbury is one of my favourite places to visit. There is such a magical and indescribable feeling that comes with being there. There are many interesting shops on both sides of the hill and wonderful smells all around. You will most likely spot some interesting people and there are often artists and musicians on the road outside the church. I recommend having lunch in Hundred Monkeys Cafe at the top of the high street. There are car parks at the top and the bottom of the hill. Glastonbury is a 20-25 minute drive from Forge Cottage.

Visit the infamous festival town of Glastonbury and take a trip up the Tor or a visit to the Chalice Well. Glastonbury has some lovely cafes and shops for browsing.

Glastonbury is a wonderfully quirky town, steeped in history, myth and the smell of incense. Independent shops with a spiritual vibe, unique cafes, and lots of historical attractions including the Tor, Glastonbury Abbey, and the healing waters of the Chalice Well. Glastonbury is also, of course, famous for Glastonbury Festival, although the festival is actually located in Pilton, very close to Ditcheat Hill! 25 mins from Ditcheat Hill Farm Glamping.
