Go deep-sea fishing (they provide the bait and gear) or just go on a boat cruise -- the choice is yours. They are both super fun. But do yourself a favor and don't forget a) make a reservation as far ahead as possible: especially during the peak summer season and b) seriously consider at least a 1/2 tablet of Dramamine before boarding the boat if you even THINK seasickness is a possibility.
