The Hilton Pattaya building dominates the city’s skyline, being easily the tallest building on Pattaya Beach Road, if not the tallest in the whole area. Right at the top – on the 34th floor – is the Horizon Bar – presumably so named because it’s so far up that you can see the curvature of the Earth from the balcony. The very best place to enjoy a drink with a view.
