For tourists- the Tap Root Bar and Restaurant has a daily must-see live performance "Alaskan Show" during the summer season. I have never seen it myself...

Cute place to grab a beer and listen to some music. Pretty prominent in the local scene. I wouldn't try the food though.....

Laid-back bar. Great place for local music. Great food as well if your hungry.
