Welcome to Shale Canyon Wines. If you are looking for quality, small lot, hand crafted wines, then look no further. Quality before quantity. We produce Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Zinfandel, Tempranillo, Petite Sirah, Mourvedre, Syrah, Sangiovese, Malbec and Chardonnay. Many of these are estate grown at our 100% "off-grid" Solar Powered winery in the Arroyo Seco AVA. To try our wines, visit our tasting room. Located in beautiful Carmel-by-the-Sea.
