The most southerly point, stunning views, beautiful walk along the coast path, cafe stop at the Lizard with breath taking views.

The most southerly tip of England! A great spot to visit, park in the village and walk to Lizard point then go north to kynance cove for some stunning views a swim and a Pasty lunch in the National trust Cafe before walking back

The Lizard is a village, which is the most southerly point in the UK. There are shops, picnic areas, beaches and walks.

Just a few minutes walk through the fields is the lighthouse. At the moment (October 2023) it is not open to visitors but hopefully it will re-open soon.

28 miles approx. 1 hr drive from No' 54 A great start point for a day tour of the westerly side of the Lizard Peninsula. Lizard Lighthouse is the UK's most southerly point and has a great heritage centre and views. If you are fit and able, I would advise parking in Lizard village and walking down (approx 15-20 min) but there is a car park right on the point on a single track road.
