It doesn't get more local than this, folks. Hatch Distilling nurtures their spirits from the ground up, literally! From Chris' beginnings working in the poultry industry raising laying hens, "hatched" the idea for a local distillery distilling spirits from the honey of their home grown hives. The corn and rye used in their craft spirits is grown down the road, and it shows. Sip a refreshing cocktail on their patio in the summer, and take some home for later. (Local Tip: Try a Bloody Mary to start your day, topped by a locally "hatched" hard boiled egg, of course!)

Nice spot for classic cocktails with a twist, using their spirits. They are a tasting room and a store, so they close earlier than bars and restaurants.

Hatch’s craft cocktails are delicious. They distill their own liquor and we love their gin. Have a cocktail at their bar and pick up a bottle to enjoy back at Cedarwood.
