Steps Bridge is about 15 minutes drive from the edge of Exeter, and sits on the edge of Dartmoor. Walk by the River Teign, look out for Deer, enjoy the woodland...chill...

Only 1 mile down the road, is Steps Bridge. A lovely walk along the side of the river as well as a woodland to explore. Lovely views. Beautiful all year around.

Walk in the Teign gorge along the banks of the river , carpeted in spring with wild daffodils and later bluebells. The river cascades over rocks and has peaceful pools. You mighty see Dippers or Kingfishers as you walk. Climb to the veiw point and look out over the gorge in beautiful Dunsford woods. One of our favourite walks.
