A brilliant menu, all freshly cooked food. Sunday roasts, tapas night and steak evenings. They also have an outside seating area. Only a 10 minute walk from the cottage.

The cellar has been converted into an intimate live music venue with seating for 40. Its low ceiling and stage within touching distance of the front row give it an atmosphere all of its own. The owner Pete who has played with the Boomtown Rats and the Animals has hosted loads of internationally known music stars here, who have packed out arenas and stadia across the globe. There are gigs on two to three times a week but the music can’t be heard in the restaurant. Always busy so highly advisable to book.
