SheWolf goes deeper with its pasta program than arguably any other restaurant in Michigan. It is the only restaurant in the entire state that mills its own flour in-house for its bread and pastas. As for the bar menu, SheWolf will focus heavily on often-overlooked varietals of Italian wines, vermouths, and spritzer cocktails.

Although SheWolf will say their primary focus is contemporary Italian cuisine--and I could/should list under Food Scene, locals love this place for a cocktail.

Top notch Italian with homemade pasta. If you can't get a reservation, show up just prior to opening and sit at the bar.
