Go the top floor for one of the best views of the city. Check out a book or hang out at the coffee shop.

This houses the Beethoven studies center, including locks of the composer's hair, and his piano. Also housed here is the California room which is replete with detailed information about San Jose history, buildings, houses, and people. Very interesting stuff. Finally, it's a very cool building, with a coffee shop on the ground floor.
