I put this down as a bar but really its a cocktail 'place' rather than a bar. I dont drink cocktails myself but love this place because of the flavours they manage to achieve

America Village Apothecary make unique syrups, Tinctures and Bitters for creating craft beverages or for use with food using locally foraged flavours and carefully sourced ingredients. You can purchase the products as well as sample some delicious drinks. It's a really lovely venue and their tonic syrup is so good mixed with gin. Their turmeric tonic is also really good. Well worth a visit to their lovely shop
