Dominican fare takes center stage at this restaurant just off the Palmetto Expressway. Start with mangú green plantain croquetas with Dominican sausage and cheese and work your way up to sancocho braised goat stew. Don’t forget to order a wedge of fried cheese (!) on the side.

This is Dominican food and it is delicious. You have got to try the Salmofongo dish. It is salmon with grilled shrimp and a sweet plantain/pork mix. YUMMMIIEEEE

This is my favorite DOMINICAN restaurant. I love plantain in any way, and the trifongo there is AMAZING 🤩. Love this place! Great food, great service and atmosphere. During the day they serve food and drinks, during the night they play Latin music and the dancing starts!!!
