If you have the time, you must take a drive (4 hours) to Key West. The beauty of the drive is breathtaking. And once you're in Key West, you've reached the most southern tip of Florida, and the beginning of where many Cubans arrived escaping their government. It's a quaint and friendly place. If you don't want to drive, just Google the many tours that leave from Miami/Miami Beach. They're reasonably priced.
