I've heard of Zest when I moved to SLC five years ago and have never gone. In 2018, I met the owner Casey from yoga and I had to go and check it out. It did not disappoint. I enjoyed their homemade apple cider, the hazelnut mousse is what keeps me going back. What I love about the restaurant is everything is made from scratch and they utilize fruits and vegetables that are in season. Plus, they support local businesses!

This bar has wonderful vegan and vegetarian items if that is your preference. Even if it is not. ;) Raw food menu items are especially tasty.
