This is Edmonton's most awesome Crossfit, HIIT, Olympic lifting, and Personal Training location. The team of coaches and athletes/members are all super friendly and it really is a fun and cool place to meet some locals and get your sweat on. Don't be intimidated by the Crossfit name - this gym is for everyone.
