Denna park anlades 2003 som ett samarbete mellan Leksand och den japanska vänorten Tobetsu, Där finns bl.a. ett 25 vackra körsbärsträd, gåvoträd från Tobetus. This park was built in 2003 as a collaboration between Leksand and the Japanese twin city of Tobetsu, there include 25 beautiful cherry trees, gåvoträd from Tobetus.
