Glen and Ruth are very friendly, welcoming and provide expert instruction (in small chunks so that you don't get overwhelmed), give a real understanding of how and why the glass behaves and the opportunity to pass off the difficult steps so that you end up with beautiful glass pieces to remind you of your afternoon in San Antonio. You are able to work at our own pace without ever feeling rushed. Worth every penny!
