Rock Creek Park is a large urban park that bisects the Northwest quadrant of Washington, D.C. This park was create in 1890 and has extensive trails in the heart of Washington DC. It is closed to traffic on the weekends so a popular running and biking spot.

Large beautiful park with plenty of hiking trails, horse trails, picnic areas, and awesome nature. The park is open all year round during daylight hours. The park is closed after dark.
