ROUTE E - El Palacio Nacional (12 minutes walk distance from CaixaForum) The Palau Nacional was the main site of the 1929 International Exhibition. It was designed under the supervision of Domènech i Roura. Since 1934 it has been home to the National Art Museum of Catalonia.
