This ramen shop has a cult following, it’s so good. The owner makes his own noodles from scratch. They even offer a vegan ramen fortified with almond milk! (Though I prefer the “triple threat” bowl with pork, chicken, and smoked fish broths).

Five star Menya Hosaki started as a pop-up in Virginia and recently opened its first permanent location on Upshur St. The best ramen in DC! Order the spicy tonkatsu and the triple threat!
