Good viewing of estuary and marshland birds from either the bird platform or nearby hide. Very nice walking too along the "Goat Walk" from Topsham.

Great local walk past this RSPB nature reserve - head down The Strand to the Goat Walk which has great views over the estuary. If you keep going this low traffic route loops back past this RSPB site.

For the twitchers and nature lovers this is a paradise of rare birds native to the area, and even otters 🦦 there is a bird hide and family nature garden and the walk there takes you via the Goat walk and wonderful views down to Exmouth on a clear day.
