They are proud to be one of Wales’ most innovative food businesses, and offer a one-of-a-kind Behind the Scenes tour for anyone interested in salt’s place in our history, culture and in what makes Halen Môn Sea Salt PDO the world’s finest seasoning. Led by a trained guide the tour lasts approx 50 minutes and finishes with a tutored salt tasting. As well as being where we make thier sea salt, theSaltcote is home to a contemporary, design-led gift shop. They also have an outdoor café, Tide/ Llanw, which celebrates local, seasonal ingredients and does some seriously good coffee!

Halen Mon are an incredibly successful food company based on the shores of the Menai Strait. A couple of years ago, they opened their Saltcoate up to the public. There is a shop here selling some tasteful gifts and you can go on a small tour to see how the salt is made.
