Oh such a beautiful thing to see when roses are in full bloom. If there's even a chance the roses are in bloom, this is a must see. You'll love it, go.

Point Defiance is one of the hidden gems of the Northwest and Puget Sound. Here you will find a large Rose Garden open to the public, the local Tacoma Zoo, a 5 mile trail that you can walk, run or just drive through, and a historical park that will captivate your imagination.

Point Defiance is where you will find the zoo, aquarium, rose garden and the beautiful 5 mile drive. There you will see lush vegetation and huge trees along with some local raccoons and occasionally a few deer.
