These guys reinvented my entire approach towards street food. Thanks to them two things happened. One - I eat a lot less (a lot less!) fast food, because I became more aware, and two - they convinced me that preparing a good sandwich is no less easier than cooking the perfect souffle. Pulled pork, classic veal burger, fresh potato fries, caramelized onions and real (real!!!) cheddar - you name it. Add to that more crispy bacon and a small very tasty craft beer and dive into the 'abliss'. :) p.s. Don't forget to tell the boys how you prefer your meat - rare, medium or well done.
