Oh my goodness! Watch cheesemaking at Heritage Ridge Creamery. Its amazing and the cheese is delicious. They have award winning cheeses but what we like the best is the squeaky cheese curds. So good! Free taste testing. They sell coolers for you to safely take cheese home with you. 5 minute drive between Middlebury and Shipshewana.
