Walking distance from the Umhlanga CBD and all the hotels on the beautiful Umhlanga prominade. Absolutely beautiful in the mornings with sunrise. Great opportunity for photos. The pier is particularly attractive at night as it is beautifully lit. It is pleasant to be able to walk out over the waves, especially in the evening. The mosaics set into the pavement are particularly pretty. This pier is such a draw card because it is so unusual. Guests will feel safe. Espresso, sea food, musician outside a cafe, beautiful Whalebone Pier.
