Food Scene
Barbarestan is a superb restaurant which uses recipies out of the book 'Complete Cooking' written by a noble woman Barbare Esristavi-Jorjadze.
I would love to recommend something I have ordered before but everything is simply wonderful.
The price is slightly higher then the common restaurants in Tbilisi, but it is still more then worth it. You would need around 30-50 USD per person for a good dinner.
The menu changes from time to time so I myself go there a few timesin a year.
I would advise to make a reservation prior, definitely in the weekend.

Singer is a bar where live music is played daily located in old town in a side street of Shardeni (district where most of the clubs and bars are located).
Singer is a place where new and young band get the chance to play for an audience and where also very famous bands and musicians come to play. I have never payed any entrance fee and still have listened to many famous musicians. It is also a place where you can wine and dine or drink a cocktail and snack. a beautiful place with a very chill ambiance.
Live music usually starts around 20.30 and i would highly recommend to go there 30 minutes earlier or to make a reservation, because it is always full.

Jazz Cafe Singer

Parks & Nature
Why I love this place so much is because it is an escape of the daily city chaos. It gives you everything what you would want from a botanical garden. I go there from time to time to relax for a couple of hours alone or with friends. You can also have a picknick, only make sure to clean up the place! :D
What i also like are the waterfalls and a small river/stream going through the park.
