At almost 500 feet above the bay, this high cliff-top vantage point makes for great views today. Come for the view, but be sure to walk around the remains of the battery, a vestige of a bygone era.

The Inner Sunset is a safe neighborhood. One will often see families walking along the street and kids hanging out at treat shops after school. Safe, pleasant, and within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, public library, and Golden Gate Park.

Although driving around San Francisco is not encouraged, biking surely is! It's an easy way to get to different attractions that are close to one another. The best part is, you won't need to worry about parking.
