Internet: There is a pocket WiFi/ Mobile Broadband (MiFi) provided. The Mobile Broadband is unlimited but subject to fair use policy thus not suitable for HD streaming, video downloading/ uploading or watching BBC iPlayer and the likes, Installing Apps as such. Only suitable for daily browsing such as checking emails, replying emails, replying to Airbnb messages and the likes, browsing internet. However there is no TV to keep the cost down for Airbnb guests. Parking: Hillmorton Road is a busy road. There is no allocated parking within the property. However, there are on-street parkings along the Hillmorton Road after the double yellow line towards No.18 Hillmorton Road and also along Horton Crescent but it is subject to availability. There is also a paid parking runs by the Rugby Council and the nearest is on Little Church Street and this is also subject to availability.

Larger than average for a single, this cute, warm clean room faces south over a little orchard and sunny deck. This peaceful room is ideal for a comfortable stay close to Rugby but with all the charm of a rural village. Ideal for Wolf Runners as we’re less than a mile from Stanford Hall as well as all the other events held at Stanford. Our home is located in a private cul de sac, with easy access to Rugby, Magna Park and Lutterworth. Our local provides lovely meals and a warm welcome too.
The property backs onto fields so you are welcome to bring boots and do some hiking. The village pub is very welcoming and as well as doing a range of home cooked meals, Brian will box you up a pizza, (or any other food you buy) sell you a coffee, or a hot choc: have sport on the TV and give advice, loan you a book and make you welcome.
My home is in a rural village close to the A5/M1/M6. It is famous for being the home of the first flight by Percy Pilcher who flew himself from Stanford Hall on a wing, not unlike a hangglider. I am afraid he didn't get very far as the monument close to the Hall shows. There is a replica of Percy's Flying Machine at the museum at Stanford Hall ( a very small museum!). The pub here is The Chequers and offers a good social hub - but apart from that you are only 4 miles maximum from Rugby and Lutterworth (where the jet engine was invented). The gorgeous Kilworth House Hotel with it's famous open air theatre is 5 miles away, and perfect for afternoon tea in a truly elegant venue. Kilworth Springs and Lutterworth both have golf courses, and there is the famous Foxton Locks about 8 miles from the village. Rugby and Lutterworth have a range of stores and shops and Rugby has the internationally acclaimed Rugby Hall of Fame based in the town. Wolf Runners, Rugby fans, VW owners and Mini lovers come to the village regularly for events at Stanford Hall.

Quiet, good sized room on first floor in a large barn conversion paddock building. Guests will have secure, off road parking in a quiet location. The barn conversion was once run as a Bed and Breakfast so the property is geered for guests. (There are 3 other rooms) There is Internet on site. Kitchen, Lounge and Dinning Room all shared. There are 3 Bathrooms in the property with one next door to this room. Hosts have been on Airbnb for over 5 years and look forward to meeting new guests.
The house is spacious and recently modernised. The location is quiet and rural, but Crick village with pubs and shops is 1.5 miles away. The room features a window over looking the acre long paddock with sheep and a pony. Guests will also be able to see their car from the room as the private drive is at the rear of the premises. Enjoy your stay!
Paddock Cottage is one of four properties on site. The location is peaceful and quiet. Property is surrounded by farmland and Park areas, but still close enough to the A5 and M1.

Situated in a quiet rural setting but less than a mile from Rugby Town. Private off road hardstand parking for 2 cars. Dogs welcome bringing responsible owners with them but you must notify host prior to arrival :-) Stabling for up to 2 horses can be negotiated.
    Gorse Cottage is situated on one of the most sought areas of Rugby in the grounds of Gorse House. Railway links to London and Birmingham only 2 1/2 miles away. Stratford upon Avon only 40 mins by car. Warwick Castle 30 mins and heart of Cotswolds only 40 mins drive down the Fosse Way (Roman Route) passing British Motor Museum, Worlds largest collection of British built cars at Gaydon on way. Major Motorway links North and South within 10 minutes drive. Quiet country walks, just a short walk away.
    We live in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. We do not over sell our cottage and hope you will be pleasantly surprised with what it offers.

    Our comfortable and peaceful double room has a full private en-suite bathroom and is in the quiet single storey extension on the back of our dormer bungalow. It has a king size bed, an off-street parking space and a separate entrance. Guests can come and go as they please, and are welcome to share the sunny deck with our family. It's right in the middle of our village, two minutes' walk from our Co-op and friendly pubs, and just a couple of minutes' drive from the M1, M6 and A5.
    Guests have their own entrance, bathroom and parking space. Room facilities include a 32" TV, wi-fi, tea and coffee-making facilities, plates and cutlery, a small electric cool box and toaster. We put a pint of milk in the cool box on your arrival. You are welcome to buy light meals and snacks from our local Co-op (just a minute's walk away) and eat or store them in the room. We provide big bath towels (changed on request), shower gel & shampoo. If you would like fresh towels each day, please ask. If you're staying long-term, let me know how often you'd like your bedding changed and the room cleaned.
    I am happy to discuss discounted rates with guests who are working in the area and looking for a long-term regular booking for three or more days a week. Our village is surrounded by wonderful country walks - our newly planted Jubilee Wood, the Jurassic Way and the towpath of the peaceful Leicester branch of the Grand Union canal, for instance. Stratford-on-Avon and historic Warwick Castle are just 35 minutes' drive away. A 40-minute train trip into the busy city of Birmingham for some fabulous shopping is easy from nearby Rugby station - if we can, we'll be happy to give you a lift. The area has lots of lovely country pubs serving good food. This is a very quiet village and our house stands right in the heart of it.

    This 19th century village property is welcoming and full of character. The ground floor offers a single bedroom and twin/double room, both rooms have a sharing toilet and shower room, separate to the rest of the property. It offers its own sofa-lounge area with tv to share between these 2 rooms. The 3rd room is family size room located on the 3rd floor and equipped with a luxury kingsize bed and the option of 2 extra single beds to accommodate families where needed, with TV and shared bathroom.
    This property is at the heart of the Village and within a stones throw to the local public house. There are plenty of fields and bridal paths for hikes and adventures that you can enjoy. The property has plenty of street parking for guests to use. I also offer a fully functional kitchen and facilities that all guests are welcome to use as they please.
    Susan’s place is located in Swinford, England, United Kingdom. My property is located within a prime location and close to A5/M1/M6. We have the pleasure of being so close the incredible Stanford Hall with all the events they host from the Firework competitions to the Wolf run events. We are centrally located between both Rugby and Lutterworth with both being approx 4miles away. Rugby being so famous for the sport and also the gorgeous Rugby school it is always well worth a trip. Lutterworth is a small quaint town and has variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as does Rugby so you are spoilt for choose. Food delivery services are available from both Rugby and Lutterworth. Kilworth House is a spectacular hotel with an incredible open air theatre which is an experience in itself, over the past few years they have hosted shows such as ‘Kiss me Kate’ ‘Joseph’ and most recently ‘CATS’ . They also host many events and lunches and the afternoon tea is well worth sampling. Lutterworth and Kilworth Springs are both local golf courses and from my own experiences are a joy to play on. The restaurants at both are well respected and worth a visit. The Foxton Locks are located approx 8 miles away and the annual Crick Boat Show takes place nearby and is popular among travellers from all around. Swinford is a lovely village and all locals are friendly and welcoming .

    This self-contained 3 room accommodation is situated within the grounds of The Haven, a 17th century Grade II listed cottage in the centre of the lovely village of Kilsby, just 5 minutes drive from J18 of the M1 motorway. There is a sofa bed in the lounge so up to two additional guests, either adults or children, can be accommodated at an additional £5 per person per night. A cot can be provided for infants for whom no charge is made. The lounge also has a fold-down table with chairs.
    The Annexe contains three rooms on a single level - bedroom, shower/toilet and lounge/kitchenette - all accessed from an entry lobby. Freesat TV is installed in both the lounge and bedroom, and internet wifi is available throughout. The kitchenette contains a microwave oven, toaster, table-top oven with two cooker rings, a fridge/freezer, sink and plenty of cupboard space. All essential cutlery and crockery is provided, and a fold-out table suitable for breakfasts or a laptop is located in the lounge.
    There are two pubs within 5 minutes walk of The Haven. The George and The Red Lion both serve great food and ales. There is a community shop in the car park of the Red Lion which stocks a wide range of groceries and basic commodities.

    Welcome to "The Music Room" - a self-contained flat with privacy and off-road parking right outside your own front door - in a quiet area of Rugby with easy access from the M6 and M1, or a 5min drive from the station. Plenty of facilities a short walk away including the pub, takeaway, supermarket - as well as lots of beautiful walks - starting from just outside your front door.
    The flat is set within the grounds of a record company with nearby studio and production facilities. You will find various memorabilia and photos within the flat - including an upright piano which musicians are invited to use before 9pm. You will be staying in an apartment that has also been used by many musicians and record producers during their residential recoding sessions at our studios. Who? You will have to check out the photographs.
    You are in a residential area that was formerly the village of Newbold-on-Avon. The property is one of 10 on a private road - surrounded by a park which is bounded by the river Avon. Nearby is a beautiful lake (former quarry) - and there are some lovely riverside and towpath walks nearby. We often walk our dog and you are welcome to join us. You will find plenty of information in the apartment about local amenities and food etc. Within a very short walking distance we have 2 pubs - both serving freshly cooked food, fish and chip shop, Co-op supermarket, Post Office, Hair Salon, Cash Dispenser.

The house has central heating and is quiet, being well off the road and overlooking fields with gorgeous views. Guests get sole use of the family bathroom with a big bath only with loads of hot water. Breakfast is available on a self service basis: cereal, toast, etc., and guests are welcome to share the living room with a cosy woodburner and TV. Free wifi
    Our house is a farmhouse on a working farm with crops and livestock. It is a lovely place with views across the fields - the terrace is a beautiful sunny spot to sit and watch the animals. Guests are welcome to help themselves to drinks as they need as well as breakfast in the morning. We are generally busy with animals first thing in the morning so are not usually available to help with breakfast although easily contactable if needed. but it is a good chance to find out about life on a proper working farm and guests are welcome to walk in the fields.
    Clipston is a traditional village in rolling English countryside with a good pub and friendly community. Approximately 6 miles from Market Harborough, which is a lovely market town with a huge range of shops and facilites, it is also very convenient for the M1, M6 and A14 which makes it very accessible for anyone needing to travel about.

You will also have the use of the large country kitchen, where you can have your breakfast, and help yourself to cereals, tea and coffee. Tak til Chloe og Richard for at have gjort det muligt for mig, jeg ser jer to meget oftere, de har alt, hvad et normalt hjem har, og de går også helt ud for dig, hvis det er nødvendigt, de tilbyder en varmeapparat eller en ventilator afhængigt af temperaturen tilbyder de deres egne sociale rum til gæsterne, som jeg synes er vidunderlige og ikke skelner hvad så nogensinde, uanset om du er et ungt par, eller du er 50, vi får alle den samme vidunderlige behandling og hvis jeg kunne bedømme dem mere end 5 stjerner, ville jeg bestemt! 10000% vil anbefale og bo igen!

  • Susans sted er fremragende til byflugtrejser, det er en blanding af traditionelt bondegård og moderne renovering med teknologi. Det er let at komme til stederne for dagligvarer / turiststeder. Bare 15 minutter. Vi boede der i 2 uger med vores 1 år gamle søn. Det er fantastisk for børn med det rummelige naturområde, græs, damme osv. Min søn begyndte endda at gå på græsset der! Huset er meget veludstyret såvel som babyfaciliteterne, det er et super ønskeligt sted at rejse med børnene der. Susan er også en super vært, hun var meget imødekommende med alle arrangementer og rejsetips. Hun løste vores forskellige problemer under opholdet effektivt med sit allerbedste. Når du har reserveret hendes sted, vil hun give dig en problemfri oplevelse af gæstfrihed, det er meget mere end bare en Airbnb! Hun ønsker virkelig, at du skal have et behageligt ophold med hendes høje standard for ledelse og faciliteter, så du vil være i hendes gode hænder, når du bliver der!

  • Hvor starter jeg ... Fra før jeg engang bookede ejendommen var Susan ved hånden for at besvare eventuelle spørgsmål, jeg havde straks, og har været den venligste vært, jeg nogensinde har behandlet. Da vi ankom The Loft blev vi chokeret! Billederne gør virkelig ikke dette sted retfærdighed. Det er meget større, end vi forventede, og har virkelig WOW-faktoren. Udsigten er utrolig, senge super comfy, og du kan virkelig slappe af i ro. Vi var i stand til at udforske grundene og tage på dejlige vandreture - vi leverede endda med wellie-støvler for at gøre det! Air con, belysning og persienner styres alle af en skærm i hvert rum. Der er faktisk få 5 * hoteller, som jeg har opholdt sig i med bedre teknologi. Vi er så glade for at booke igen. Jeg reserverede til 6 personer, og ved ankomsten blev alle mine gæster overvældede! For at afslutte det, forlod en af os et Apple-ur på ejendommen, der bliver sendt tilbage til os inden for en dag efter afrejsen. Susan, tak så meget! Du har indstillet grænsen så høj for alle andre airfy's, vi booker fra nu af!

  • Smukt møbleret. Vidunderligt layout. Rummelige badeværelser. Store dam og grunde. Var vidunderligt at sidde på dækket og se på Dragonfly og fugle. Susan var meget hjælpsom og lydhør. Billeder og beskrivelse af hemsen var stedet på! Vi booker igen, når vi er tilbage i området.

  • Jeg opholdt sig i Susans med to andre venner i en rolig girly weekend, og dette var det perfekte hus at bo i. Beliggende fjernt, så vi kunne slappe af. Susans sted var yderst rent, godt dekoreret og meget stilfuldt. Susan sikrede, at vi havde brød, mælk, smør og små potter med marmelade til morgenmaden. Hun havde også andre godbidder som popcorn at lave, jellybeans og marshmallows ved ankomsten. Hun har også Netflix, Xbox og Alexa tilføjet hun til sin plads. Jeg havde et fantastisk ophold og ville helt sikkert være tilbage igen.

  • Dette er langt fra en af de bedste luftbnbs, vi har opholdt sig i. Susan og Dom var så dejlige og hjalp os så meget med vores planer og kunne ikke gøre nok. De mange ekstra ting på loftet er dejlige, og stedet er så afslappende. Vi elskede absolut vores ophold og ønsker, at vi havde reserveret længere. Kan ikke anbefale dette sted nok.

  • Lodgen er absolut smuk, billeder gør det virkelig ikke retfærdigt! Min kæreste og jeg havde et dejligt kort ophold her og virkelig satte pris på den temperaturstyrede aircondition i hele ejendommen i det varme vejr. Susan var meget venlig, hjalp os med vores poser og var kontaktbar under hele vores ophold, selvom vi fandt, at alt, hvad vi havde brug for, var i gæsttabletten. Vi ville helt sikkert vende tilbage og bo her igen, faktisk ser vi allerede på datoer for denne vinter! Tak Susan x

    This is one of four massive double rooms in a large country farmhouse. It’s old school and charming, but with most of the mod cons! Unfortunately, this is not the room with the ensuite bathroom – you would be sharing the large family bathroom with a roll top bath, separate shower, basin and toilet. There is a lovely big garden and courtyard with a barbecue area. The room would suit one or two people – there is a large European sized double bed. You are free to use the massive country kitchen.
    As well as your bedroom and the shared bathroom, you are free to use the snug area in the attic which has a large sofa and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity because the router is there! You will also have the use of the large country kitchen, where you can have your breakfast, and help yourself to cereals, tea and coffee. And the scullery area which has a fridge for you to help yourself to fruit juice, bread, yoghurts, etc.

You can check in between 5pm - 10pm with the keypad, later if you’re a wedding guest at a local venue. We provide self check out too. We just ask you to leave the room locked, returning the key to the lock box. We are often out and about with children/ sporting fixtures. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, with a desk/ dressing table, then you go through the corridor which hosts the kitchen goodies with a bathroom next door.     Located just outside the village of Braunston in Northamptonshire we benefit from this beautiful tranquil setting with the Grand Union and Oxford canal in walking distance also the luxury of 4 good pubs in the village. The Admiral Nelson pub is our closest nestled on the canal then a short walk along the canal you have The Boat both good eating pubs with a good selection of choice. The Plough and The Wheatsheaf are both along the high street which also offer a good pint with food too. Braunston is a well serviced village with a great village shop with post office, butchers, fish and chip shop, hair dressers and cafe. We are close to good access routes/ motorways (M1/M6) centrally located in the country, making your visit accessible for work or exploring the treasures of Northamptonshire/Warwickshire. Including Althorpe House, Silverstone, Warwick Castle, Stratford upon Avon. For business visits we are only 10 mins from Dirft, home of Eddie Stobbart and 5 mins from all the commerce of Daventry for your convenience.
