Around 20 mins walk into town and close to great local, national and international transport links. This is a vibrant central area but a fairly quiet road. Parking can be difficult during the day but usually OK in the evening and at weekends. Kids are welcome if you take the flat as it is

We recently transformed our large, 70 sq. meter, double garage into a stylish, open plan studio apartment, with bleached oak, hard wood floor and under floor heating. It is a fantastic, light and relaxing space with 3 meter bifold doors with integrated blinds, that fully open out onto a shared court yard with our house. There are large electric velux sky lights with blackout blinds. It is a fantastic light space to relax or work. It has its own private access from the street.
