Although the apartment is in the centre of town it is in the attractive quiet pedestrian area of St Andrews with cafes, deli's and restaurants close by.

Lots of attractions within a short distance for children and the Lake District on your doorstep. The 2nd bedroom has a choice of a double or twin beds to accommodate 2 guests. If 2 guests are staying & they prefer to have separate bedrooms a surcharge of £10 is payable to cover additional cleaning & laundry. Pets are allowed but not upstairs.

This house is situated in the heart of the historic market town of Penrith. It is part of a converted Victorian school with many original features and allocated private parking in the old school playground. The location is perfectly situated to take advantage of the amenities in Penrith, close to train and bus stations, restaurants and takeaways, and an award winning cycle shop whilst being just a short drive to Ullswater - arguably the Cumbria's most beautiful lake ( maybe we are biased!).
