This lower level walkout suite, is 1500 sq ft. Completely furnished with fully equipped kitchen. Bright and sunny suite with private entrance. One futons to be used as extra bed,(in living room), and a comfy queen bed in separate bedroom. Barbeque outside along with picnic table. Definitely no smoking, drugs or parties. Owners live on main floor, you have own private entrance, at walkout. Lots of parking. No pets allowed. We are 10 min drive to town of Stony Plain.

A guest bedroom in a house on a 1/2 acre lakeside property in the cabin community of Ascot Beach. It is only a 3 minute trail walk through the green space to the beach on beautiful Lake Wabamun. An amazing concrete padded firepit to enjoy. Excellent for ice fishing or other winter activities and enjoy summer activities like swimming or fishing off our private community dock. Bring your boat we have a launch nearby. It's only a 45 minute drive west of Downtown Edmonton just off Hwy 16.

My place has 160 acres farm land, it's so round by trees, it's very close to Wabamun Lake and provincial park, also just beside Alberta beach Rd. It locates at Range Rd 32-33, by the high way 16 West. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, BBQ or cooking outside, the cosiness, the views, and the location. you will see lots wild life, the birds, Canadian goose, squirrel, rabbit, deers, even moose. This place is very good for kids and couples, who like activities and also enjoy the peace.
