Nestled in the alpine village of Arthur’s Pass, and in the heart of Arthur’s Pass National Park, The Tussocks offers a great mid-way stopover when travelling from coast to coast, or a fantastic base for doing the many tracks and trails in the surrounding area. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, hikers/trampers and larger groups of up to eight people.
Homebush Cottage is part of the 120 yr. old former Homebush School, located on the Southern Scenic Route and close to popular Skifields, Lakes and amazing tourist destinations, thus making us the perfect stopover. The cottage is set on 3 acres including beautiful rambling gardens and tennis court. The accommodation is decorated in a comfortable cottage style suitable for a couple. We provide a self catering breakfast including free range eggs from Orpington hens so no need to worry about food !!
Brand new warm and cosy studio unit. Best views in town, looks down on the train station and Bealey river and looks up to Mt Rolleston, even from the bath. There is a small kitchenette which has a fridge, kettle, toaster, electric fry pan and large microwave, There is a BBQ for when weather is warmer. Second on the right up Brake Hill.

Godt udstyret, meget komfortabelt, et fantastisk badekar med fantastisk udsigt over byen og bjergene. Kristine var en stor vært, selv om hun ikke var der meget af tiden. Hun holdt kontakten med gode forslag til vandreture. Den bedste vandretur var Bealeys Spur, hvilket resulterede i en spektakulær udsigt over 3 dale og floder.”
