Telework via 80 Mbps Internet.Rosita Heights cabin is on top of a hill, at 8,800 ft. elevation offering panoramic views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains & Wet Mountain Valley. Hot tub available year round. From November through February a $25/stay fee applies for those planning to use the tub. The hot tub is equipped with an ionizer, which is very effectively sanitizes the water within 4 hours. If a cleaning is required , reheating the water may take 6-10 hours depending on the outdoor temperature. (Need to swap water and clean tub is unpredictably dependent upon the courtesy of the previous guests.) The master is on the second level and opens to deck with amazing views. (See reviews for comments about how the views exceed even the highest expectations.) A play & slumber room has 4 twin beds, 2 couches, card table, a TV/video station set up near the floors and lots of room for romping or gaming. A maximum of 6 adults is advised. Inquire about adding 1 or 2 kids. 80 Mbps (down) Internet service available. TV in the living room is equipped for streaming. 8 acres assures privacy, quite & bountiful wildlife, but do not wander onto neighboring properties. The more protective neighbor marks his property lines very well. Pets welcome, but a fee of $40/dog/stay is charged. Two dog maximum. A Pet Fee option pops up on most booking platforms. If not please mention in one of your pre-arrival messages that your favorite furry friend is in your party.

The Hidden Garden CottageYour stay is in a bright and airy studio apartment/cottage located in a shaded English style garden with places to sit and relax anytime of day, perfect for one or two people. Private off street parking for one vehicle. Convenient walking distance to Downtown Westcliffe. A mini kitchen with a convection hot plate, coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator should you choose to cook in.
