A 10 minute drive from Water's Edge, No Frills offers a great selection of produce, pantry items and has a large natural foods section!

This place has almost everything Sobeys has, but for much better prices. Good produce, no deli, but some prepared foods. It's clean, and where most of the locals go for groceries and essentials. Has a pharmacy too.
