A Lexington institution and one of the most incredible bookstores you have ever seen. It's huge, has an incredible selection and the staff are generally quite knowledgeable.

Huge independent bookstore with an attached restaurant: Bronte Bistro.

You will love this bookstore. Aside from books they have locally made products and there is a restaurant, Bronte Bistro that will not disappoint. When the weather permits you can eat al fresco with views of the pond. If you're lucky you might see some baby swans or ducks.
