Just do it. I thought it sounded silly, but it is amazing and beautiful and you'll be glad you did. Also, if you pay for admission you can go back again later that day. I guess that is just in case the butterflies are all sleeping when you go (who knows.) The gift shop is also a lot of fun.

Karah's favorite, the butterfly conservatory features hundreds of different butterfly varieties and 2 flamingos. Locals and tourists alike come to relax, disconnect, and revel in the beauty of the birds and bugs. Located at the south end of Duval, stop at Seaside Cafe after to grab an amazing wood fired pizza on the sandy beach! Ask us for coupons!
