When I am in the mood for barbecue ribs I go The Bar-B-Q Shop. The ribs are tender and moist and fall off the bone. I like dry rub and barbecue sauce on the side. They come in regular or spicy hot.

They've got the best bbq meat in town. The setting is casual and spacious. The sauce is pretty good but not as good a selection as Central BBQ. The short wait and seating are better here than most other BBQs in town. Gotta check this place out and make the circuit to Central, Tops and Rendezvous. Then you can be the expert on Memphis Q.
